Great Harvest has been baking bread the way it ought to be from the beginning. We believe in using pure, simple ingredients. We bake everything from scratch. And we fresh mill our 100% whole grain flour every day.
To naturally develop the exquisite flavor and texture of our breads,
we utilize traditional methods of making bread–which admittedly take more time–
instead of relying on the use of artificial dough conditioners and preservatives.
It’s simple. Handmade. Wholesome. Tasty.
Bread. The way it ought to be.

Dubbed the "yummy bread" by one of our bakers' sons, this traditional sandwich bread is simple and tasty.
A 50-50 mix of white and whole wheat flours.
Our signature and most popular bread is a perfect blend of five pure ingredients: freshly ground 100% whole wheat flour, pure honey, filtered water, salt, and yeast.
This fiber-loaded bread features sunflower, pumpkin, and sesame seeds which we generously knead into our honey whole wheat dough for a crunch, hearty, and flavorful bread.
Farmhouse white bread with ribbons of Asiago cheese and a basil-parmesan-pine nut mix.
Enjoy the sweet goodness of cinnamon chips in every bite. Flour, cinnamon chips, honey, and ground cinnamon. This slightly sweet bread makes heavenly French toast.
With spicy cinnamon and tender, sweet raisins, cinnamon chip raisin bread is perfect for toasting. In fact, it's so good that it might not last long enough to make it to the toaster!
We combine flour, rice, oat, and tapioca flours to achieve the perfect texture for Gluten X bread. To this non-gluten flour base, we add ground flax, sunflower, and sesame seeds. You don't have to avoid gluten to appreciate our tasty Gluten X bread. (Please note that though we make Gluten X bread regularly, we store it frozen sine it's a specialty item. Allow time for thawing.)
