We mill our own 100% whole grain flour every day at our bakery. With freshly milled flour no perservatives are needed! We use non-GMO wheat from family-owned farms in Montana's Golden Triangle, a region known for growing some of the highest quality wheat in the world.

All of our bread and sweet recipes are simple. Our whole wheat bread, for instance, consists of only five ingredients: flour, water, honey, yeast, and salt. Each loaf of bread and sweet creation is hand-crafted by an experienced team of bakers, using the freshest of ingredients.
